Scissor lifts and lifting tables provide stable vertical motion for loading/unloading machines, assembly benches, and ergonomic working heights. Available in single- and double-scissor variants and bespoke sizes for heavy machinery.

Typical technical specifications:

• Platform size: 500 × 500 mm up to 3000 × 2000 mm (customizable).
• Lifting capacity: 200 kg — 20,000 kg.
• Lifting stroke/height: 150 mm — 2000 mm (higher upon request).
• Drive: Hydraulic (most common), electric screw, or pneumatic.
• Cycle time: 4 — 40 seconds depending on stroke and load.
• Controls: Push-button up/down, foot control, PLC integration with limit switches.

Construction & Safety:

• Frame: Heavy-duty welded MS with anti-corrosion finish; optional SS for special environments.
• Safety features: Mechanical overload protection, toe guards, safety skirting, pressure relief valves (hydraulic), upper/lower limit switches, emergency lowering mechanism.
• Surface options: Checker plate, bonded anti-slip coatings, stainless top.

Integration:

• Can be integrated into conveyor lines, with synchronized motion via encoder feedback.
• Optional height-sensor and force-sensing for precise stop and torque control.

Maintenance:

• Hydraulic oil change intervals, cylinder and hose inspection, lubrication of pivots. Recommended preventive checks every 6 months.
